Affiliate reporting needs to account for what happens after the initial purchase. Stackmodo adds staff-managed commission records and monthly statements that bring recorded settlements, refunds and other adjustments into the same review.

Look beyond the initial sale
A captured payment and a settled commission are different steps. Authorized staff can record settlement information and review the adjustments that affect a statement, rather than treating every initial payment as the final commission figure. Confirmed refunds remain connected to the purchase information they adjust.
Keep a statement you can return to
Monthly statements retain their inputs and previous versions, making it possible to review how a revised statement differs from an earlier one. Later catalog or site edits do not rewrite the historical amounts behind that review.
Take a useful summary into your reporting process
The CSV export provides aggregate totals and adjustment categories for reconciliation and reporting. These tools are for authorized staff managing supported affiliate arrangements. They prepare and preserve commission records; they do not automatically pay affiliates or replace your agreed approval and payout process.
