What is Stackmodo?
Stackmodo is a connected business platform for established brands and creators. It brings commerce, content, payments, analytics, and customer support tools together around your brand. Our team shapes the setup with you, guides your staff, and supports the platform after launch.
What will my website cost each month?
Use our pricing calculator for current platform fees, included usage, and optional services. We confirm project work, provider costs, and any negotiated terms in your proposal.
Book a demo →Is design, migration, and launch included in the monthly fee?
Launch and project work are scoped separately. We confirm migration needs, integrations, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria before work begins.
What support is included?
Premium Support includes the administrator guidance listed in our current pricing offer. Defect fixes do not use that allowance. Support for your team is different from staffing conversations with your subscribers or customers, which we scope separately. You can operate the site yourself or agree on shared or managed services.
Can Stackmodo work with our payment and fulfillment providers?
We review the providers you use and confirm the supported route for your project. Payment setup, supplier catalog connections, order handoffs, and fulfillment coordination are configured and tested for that scope. Provider approval and fees are separate; we do not promise a connection to every provider.
How are organizations, sites, and customer access separated?
Each organization has its own backend deployment and database. Within it, content and customer workflows are scoped to the appropriate site, with permission-based admin access and site-specific member entitlements. Your storefront uses a server-side site credential; browser input does not choose its authority.
Does Stackmodo support 4K video?
Yes. Stackmodo fully supports 4K video through Bunny Stream. Choose the playback quality your audience needs; processing, stored media, and delivered data are separate costs. The pricing calculator explains the included encoding and optional processing service. 1080p is not a platform resolution limit.
Does Stackmodo handle payments and billing?
Yes. We handle payment and billing operations, including subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and payment follow-up through the agreed providers. We configure your merchant and billing setup for your business. Payment-provider transaction fees are separate from platform fees; your proposal identifies the fees and responsibilities.
Can we track affiliate sales and payouts?
Yes. We use NATS for media affiliate sales, campaigns, payouts, and billing reports. We configure your affiliate program alongside your billing setup, with the reports and access your team and partners need.
Is DRM available?
Yes. DRM and enhanced content protection are available as optional upgrades. We agree on the protection package, supported devices, and usage costs with you. Specific watermarking or anti-piracy services are scoped as part of that package.
Can Stackmodo manage performer records and releases?
Yes. We can scope a service to manage performer IDs, 2257 records, and releases around your studio's requirements. A dedicated workflow linking these records to your content inside the CMS is on our roadmap. We agree on access, custody, and review responsibilities; checking a website visitor's age is a separate service.
Can we run more than one site?
Yes. An organization can have multiple sites, with independently branded frontends and site-specific content and access. Platform fees and allowances are per site. We scope each site around its own audience, usage, and operating needs.
What happens after we request a demo?
We review what you want to sell or publish, your audience, your current systems, and your launch needs. Then we arrange a focused walkthrough and discuss a suitable scope. A demo request does not purchase a subscription or commit you to a project.
