Does Stackmodo support 4K video?
Yes. Stackmodo fully supports 4K video through Bunny Stream. Choose the playback quality your audience needs; processing, stored media, and delivered data are separate costs. The pricing calculator explains the included encoding and optional processing service. 1080p is not a platform resolution limit.
Does Stackmodo handle payments and billing?
Yes. We handle payment and billing operations, including subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and payment follow-up through the agreed providers. We configure your merchant and billing setup for your business. Payment-provider transaction fees are separate from platform fees; your proposal identifies the fees and responsibilities.
Can we track affiliate sales and payouts?
Yes. We use NATS for media affiliate sales, campaigns, payouts, and billing reports. We configure your affiliate program alongside your billing setup, with the reports and access your team and partners need.
Is DRM available?
Yes. DRM and enhanced content protection are available as optional upgrades. We agree on the protection package, supported devices, and usage costs with you. Specific watermarking or anti-piracy services are scoped as part of that package.
Can Stackmodo manage performer records and releases?
Yes. We can scope a service to manage performer IDs, 2257 records, and releases around your studio's requirements. A dedicated workflow linking these records to your content inside the CMS is on our roadmap. We agree on access, custody, and review responsibilities; checking a website visitor's age is a separate service.
