One catalog. A distinct storefront for every brand.
By Stackmodo
Select products and imagery from a connected catalog, then give each storefront its own descriptions, search previews and publishing decisions.
September 19, 2026 product update
Using a shared catalog should not make every store look or sound the same. Stackmodo now gives connected-catalog stores their own merchandising workspace, separating the product supply from the story each brand tells about it.
Highlights
- Browse a connected supplier catalog and select products for your stores.
- Bring available product imagery into your media library.
- Write distinct product copy and search previews for each storefront.
- Review products as drafts and publish them independently.
- Preserve your tailored content when the connected catalog refreshes.
Select first, merchandise second
Choose relevant products from the connected catalog and prepare them as store drafts. Available images can be imported during selection, giving your team a starting point for product pages without uploading every supplied image individually. You can review the content and search presentation before making an item public.
A different story for each audience
A business running several brands can present the same underlying product differently on each site. One storefront might emphasize a product's practical features; another might explain how it fits a particular collection. Each store controls its own copy and publication choices while the underlying product information remains connected.
Keep the work you have already done
Catalog refreshes preserve store-authored merchandising rather than replacing it with the latest imported copy. Selecting an existing product again also preserves its presentation. This workflow is available for supported, configured catalog connections; it does not automatically publish a supplier's entire range.
