Put forms and booking where the conversation starts

By Stackmodo

Bring supported forms and booking calendars into your pages, alongside the context, imagery and calls to action that help visitors take the next step.

September 2026 product update

A contact form is more useful when the page around it explains who you help and what happens next. Stackmodo supports reusable embed sections on pages, letting you place approved forms and booking experiences alongside your own content.

Highlights

  • Add supported form and booking embeds as page sections.
  • Combine an embed with introductions, imagery and supporting content.
  • Position the section within your normal page composition.
  • Keep the connected service's form or appointment workflow.

Build the whole page around the next step

Introduce your service, explain what information is useful and place the form where it fits the conversation. A booking page can provide meeting context before the calendar. A product inquiry page can put the relevant explanation above the questions. The embed is part of the page, rather than the entire experience.

Work with the services you have configured

Use a supported service's embed code and keep its configured form handling or appointment workflow. Stackmodo handles the surrounding page content and presentation. The connected service still needs its own setup, including where submissions go and which appointment times it offers.

Prepare it like any other page

Arrange the surrounding sections, review the draft and publish when the page and connected service are ready. Previewing the layout does not replace checking the form's delivery or booking configuration. That final check helps make the visitor's next step useful to your team as well.
